Our fruit trees are in full bloom now and it is very beautiful. The bees like it very much too. We had some trees starting to bloom early this year when we had such warm weather and then the frost came back. I don’t know if those trees will have any fruit this year. One of them was a peach tree we planted two years ago. That tree had such nice peaches last year. We really enjoyed them. This year we planted a bunch of trees to have more food sources over time. We have apple, pear, plum, peach, cherry, fig, almond and walnut trees now. We are planning to build a solar fruit dehydrator so that we can process our harvest in different ways. I hope everybody is enjoying all the spring blossoms.
