Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully on each moment and look at all beings with compassion. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
One day everyone will recognize the value of love. ~ Jesus
Everybody needs to create peace on the globe. Everyone needs to take care of someone’s pain. Do whatever you can to help those around you who are really suffering and in pain. Don’t neglect them. Don’t neglect them. We need to take care of each other.
I truly believe that individuals can make a difference in society. Since periods of change such as the present one come so rarely in human history, it is up to each of us to make the best use of our time to help create a happier world. ~ Dalai Lama
Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness; kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile. ~ Mother Teresa
Whoever really needs help – those with painful hearts – you need to take that pain out from them. That’s your dharma. Whoever is really thirsty, you need to give water to them. That’s your duty. There is no need to say, ‘This is my dharma.’ The dharma will decide; it will come and show you whatever needs to be done around you.
It is everyone’s duty to create a better world. Feeding the hungry, lifting the hopeless, defending the weak, healing the broken, these are all forms of enlightenment. Through the empowerment received by the practices in the ancient knowledge we can take care more powerfully and more effectively. We can make a difference. We must all be a light unto the world.
Be loving. Be kind. Create happiness everywhere you go. Help one another through simple acts of kindness each day. Bringing love and healing to the globe begins with each of us. Opening our hearts to show kindness or to relieve another person’s suffering creates happiness and so much more. It creates a more loving, peaceful, compassionate society.
A new age of consciousness is dawning. As more and more souls awaken and realize the divinity within there will be unity and cooperation among people. What we need now are the qualities love engenders – cooperation, compassion, caring, sympathy and kindness. Recognizing truth means recognizing the oneness underlying all. We are one. Humanity is one divine family.
Whoever really needs help––those with painful hearts––you need to take that pain out from them. That’s your dharma. Whoever is really thirsty, you need to give water to them. That’s your duty. There is no need to say, “This is my dharma.” The dharma will decide; it will come and show you whatever needs to be done around you.
A global shift in consciousness is happening now. This shift begins with you. Your love. One step at time, showing love to those around you in simple acts of love and kindness is powerfully changing the world.
Showing love means looking for the positive, the good, and for God in everyone. When you open your heart and respond to those around you with kindness it helps them, and it helps you. Your soul capacity increases; the vibrations around you change. You become a magnet to pull the Divine Mother’s divine energy, Her shakti, into your soul and be a vehicle for God’s miraculous power.
With so many people suffering in the world, we need create happiness as much and as often as we can by being loving, giving hope and taking care of those in need in any way, no matter how small.
You can bring healing and happiness to a person’s heart by offering help, sharing food with those who are hungry, giving clothing, offering a prayer, listening to their troubles, or helping solve a problem. In any simple act, any small step, your action matters because we are all connected. We are all part of one human family. You can be a great messenger to bring the Divine Mother’s energy to the world through one simple act of kindness and generosity.
At least try to protect ten people around you, in all angles; emotionally, healthily, orphanage, old age home, whatever it is. Create a love cycle – a love circle. It helps. It’s good karma siddhanta. Karmically, it helps us all, and it helps you, and it helps to your family. I know you are busy but, please help them. The globe is starving. Millions, of millions, of millions of people are a starving for help.
Start where you are. Make a commitment today to put your love into action in simple ways. A smile, a kind word, a compliment, listening with love all create happiness in another and contributes a beautiful vibration in the world. Imagine the beauty and impact as more and more people begin reaching out to each other this way. Help whenever you can, wherever you can. The world needs your kindness and love.

"For about two years, a group of us have been sharing the teachings at a charitable organization for addiction recovery. We meet almost every week on Guruday (Thursdays) in a room labeled with the word “Faith” above the door. We’ve shared decharging and mantra practices, offered shaktipat blessings, read Baba stories, shared and discussed spiritual knowledge, and meditated together. Some attendees have been faithfully showing up for several months. They’ve been practicing together as a supportive family and I can see their hearts opening and their inner light growing brighter, even through challenging times. Some of the attendees have also been serving others outside of class and that love and light that they carry ripple out into the community. It’s been a real blessing to be a part of this service. There really is no separation between those we serve and those who serve because in my experience it feels like I receive so many blessings from this experience and from the people that attend our classes." "The Friendship Club is a prevention program designed to reach at-risk girls before they engage in unhealthy behaviors. They teach girls life skills, personal responsibility and the value of hard work through a year-around program of educational activities, emotional support and community involvement. It has been a very successful program since 1995 in supporting at risk girls with a great place to join others in friendship, get help with school work, learn about careers, go to interesting summer camps, field trips, get used clothing for dances and proms, and to believe that they have power and choices."
